His cows have won many awards at the county fairl. Just last July this cow took home first prize at the Del Mar County Fair in San Diego and is a proud addition to our herd. Kate Smith Kate Smith's lovely cow "Big Bertha" will sure make a fine prime rib dinner in the summer. Don't miss the opportunity to get some of this fine prime beef when it is available in your area. The Coastal Sage adds a unique flavor to all beef. Rose Duglas Rose Douglas has long been a supporter of cattle breeding in the Malibu foothills and the high mountain areas.l. We are very pleased to have Rose's prime cow "Adele" and you will love her too when she is on your dinner table. More to Come Keep an eye out on this site. After we become world famous with our beef, we will look to commence raising dairy cattle as well. If the cattle run out of sage and ESHA vegetation on one mountain, we can always move to the next one until it replenishes.
